Vijayashree's entrepreneurial journey began after 23 years of Corporate Career, with the clear intent "To Make a Difference". After a brief period of solopreneurship, she decided

to make it big, to work on Long Term Impactful Engagements, and with a formal organization. She met Mahesh Sheshadri in Feb 2019 through LinkedIn. "Our combined Values and Common Intent was so powerful and resonating, that we decided to establish HumanAlpha in 2 weeks, and it is been 2 years of Beautiful Journey ever since. Together, we established a Strategic HR Advisory & Consulting Firm with a Clear Brand Manifesto, Vision, Mission & Values. We knew right from day one, that we were different and we had all the capabilities to build a Brand with a Unique Value Proposition for both People & Brands. We knew right from day one, that we will speak the language of the Client, engage only to impact and drive change and nothing else.
