One of the biggest challenges that organizations grapple with is the problem of skill gap. At present, the skill gap that India faces is a consequence of rapid change there is a huge disparity between the skill set required and the skill set actually possessed for the candidate. According to the Whee box Employability test of 2019, there was an increase in employability up to 37 percent to 47.38 percent however, a huge lack of skill and training is still present. To address this gap, two youngsters Naveen Chandran and Kiran Sharma zeroed in upon establishing KEYS. This entire idea to venture KEYS was conceptualized during a simple conversation in an idly shop. Its main aim was to bridge the skill and resource transition between Institutes and Industry.

"We are focused on skilled development training (Technical and Non-Technical) for colleges and school students, also entry level training to skill level training for corporate, everything upon LMS(Learning Management System) as Skill Safari. We act as Recruitment Reinforcement for Industries looking for skilled resources through our Reinforce and Hire model of recruitment as Keysinc," mentions Naveen.

We have a collection of business level LMS mode of training modules for corporate, colleges and schools which can be trained personally or in a group to improve the career level,"says Kiran.

The Road Ahead
Through 2020, KEYS is building a broad set of solutions for training with Global business consulting, event management and travel space for its clients.
