We carried out experimentation with Tech Academy labs and decided to start a company wherein we can dictate what actually goes into a decision making process so that we can make it employee friendly. available in the open source market as well for which we have fresh engineers and we have trained them very thoroughly in certain aspects of technology”,says Rajesh Pillai,Co-Founder, Algorisys Technologies.

The Importance of Algorisys
Where Algorisys holds position is perhaps achieved only with experience and right knowledge. Being employed in the IT sector for more than 20 years and after that coming and opening up something of own wasn’t a very difficult task for the founders. “We are one of the few companies wherein we do product consulting, product implementation but other side of the coin is we have a separate R&D division to create customized solutions in order to balance between official product and customer implementation. By doing that implementation we prepare a chain of issues at the customer's end in such a way that there can be no depressions in the report”, states Radhika Pillai, Co-Founder.

For any startup that has recently started operations, it is very difficult to employ a big IT consulting firm for custom made software and applications. This is where Algorisys comes in. With all the knowledge and expertise the

founders have, they provide IT services to start-ups and various SMEs who are in need of quality and cost effective services. “Understanding the whole process of IT management and working on it for the past 20 years, we are always able to understand the loop holes in the IT functioning of client companies. We develop custom products for them which help them run each and every vertical of their business smoothly without any problems”, says Rajesh.

Since its inception only 1.5 years ago, it has gained the acceptability of many of the SMEs and startups on the grounds of IT consulting and was able to build a proper finance structure. Since then, it hasn’t stopped and wants to grow the same way in future course of time. “We started out with only two and now we are more than 35 employees who are dedicated to the company. We want to get into the data science division which we are planning for this year”, they conclude.
