Salveo(stands for good health), is a company born from the heart says the CEO & Founder Manoj Biswas. In 2015-16 his father went through health issues and was operated in country’s best hospitals. It was the post hospitalization recovery phase where they had huge challenges to organise care. “I realized how the post-hospitalization industry is completely unorganised. At that moment, I wondered if this was happening to me. Then I gave it a thought and realized a common man’s struggles are much worse,”says Manoj.
Passionate about creating a difference, Manoj& Shibani quit their lucrative corporate careers to start their venture Salveo Healthcare Solutions in 2017, from a small home office in their Bangalore house. Salveo now has offices in Bangalore and Chennai and they are rapidly growing.
India’s First Customer-Centric Virtual Hospital
The Initial journey turmoil of a start-up continues, but Salveo focused on having a strong leadership team and a very customer oriented company. Shibani says, “We decided to have our development centre in
Chennai because it was cost-effective, and the talent was readily available. We worked 24/7 and continuously tested, validated and iterated the platform for the next six-seven months, and launched our product – MySalveo.”

The platform currently provides reliable healthcare services to patients in Bangalore, but plans to replicate this quickly in other cities. Some of their services include physiotherapy, dental, nursing, attendant care and diagnostics services. Soon, the platform will also be providing online doctor consultation with both video and chat options.“We were the first company in this space to provide end-to-end healthcare solution to our customers,” mentions Shibani.
The company also has Salveo Care Centres across Bangalore, for patients who would still prefer a physical care. “We currently have six SalveoCareCentres in Bangalore and in the next 12-18 months we hope to add 25+ centres,” says Manoj. Adding to this, Shibani says, “Patients are at the epicentre of our business. They should be happy and should find value in going to an online platform for healthcare.”
