One such company is Delhi based Clickokart, an online cake, flowers and gifts store known for its high standards and quality eccentric nature, quick delivery and amazing customer service. The company delivers freshly baked cakes and fresh flowers to customers same day within three hours of window and even at midnight. It also proffers personalized gifts, handmade gifts along with t-shirts for men, women and children.
The Idea behind Clickokart
Clickokart is the brainchild of three college friends turned entrepreneurs Gaurav Gupta, Kundan Kumar, Mohit Sharma. “We always wanted to do something unique in the floral and gifting industry. Before venturing out, we researched the market to understand the trends and came across various otherwebsites working in the online gifting space. We did a small survey on our part and surprisingly found that the buyers’ experience was not satisfactory. Moreover, there were delays in delivering orders. This is what moved us. We first began with selling the products on Instagram so as to understand the need of the buyers first. The response further encouraged us to set up a website through which we could deliver quality gifting products and more importantly deliver those on time. This marked the beginning of Clickokart,” says Kundan.

The Growth
At the present time, buyers demand something new in the catalogue; they look for products that are unique. Team Clickokart works to make certain that they keep this demand fulfilled. “As we already have a wide range of personalized gift still if our buyer requests us for some customization according to them, we gladly accept their modification request and I believe this keeps the buyers connected to us,” he mentions.
From connecting buyers on social media to create an online gifting platform, Clickokart has grown with its consumer base. Started in Delhi NCR, it is now serving customers PAN India. Within a short span of five months, Clickokart has created an impact on its buyers. It has about 18 per cent of return customers.
In the coming years, Clickokart envisions being one of the biggest gifting websites of India and plans to grow it internationally as well. “We are working towards our goals each day and we will achieve it as we have planned,” he concludes.
