After conducting a thorough research across all the segments of the Indian Logistic sector ­ industry veterans Avinash Raghav, Abhishek Shukla, and Pranay Agrawal realized that the Indian logistics industry is completely unorganized and undisciplined. The platform operates in a bidding system whereby any order from the consumer is broadcasted to all the registered certified vendors under Shift Freight. The team at Shift Freight picks the vendor with the most viable bid, and offering the best competitive prizes to the customer for the successful completion of a particular order.
The team at Shift Freight after the successful facilitation of an order acts as mediators between the vendors and the customers right from the starting point to the last mile delivery. At present, the company has more than 150 vendors under its banner spread across 10 Indian cities. In this way, Shift Freight makes sure that the Quality of Services (QoS) is maintained by freeing up the customers from all the unnecessary hassles involved in the shifting process.

In addition to that, Shift Freight's platform provides SMS and Payment gateways across all the mediums including mobile systems, giving the customers the much-needed flexibility in the payment process. Within a span of just six months between June 2020 to December 2020, the company has witnessed an unprecedented growth of orders; over 100 percent every month, that has enabled the company to expand its footprint over 10 more Indian cities from initially-serving NCR clients. So far, Shift Freight has served over 1500 movement orders, and at present, the company completes 1000 plus orders on a monthly basis.

As the country head he is currently looking into the complete operations across India. A sales professional with immense experience, Anand Singh is working as the same capacity as Waqarul Haque and Chandan Kumar. In his current role at Shift Freight, he is spearheading the South Zone, looking after the sales vertical for Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Waqarul Haque is a smart sales professional who has worked across varied profiles ranging from International BPO to Logistic and Supply Chain Management. In his current role, he is heading sales vertical for NCR region, Shift Freight, with a mission of building and grooming a team of self-driven, target oriented, and motivated sales personals.

One of the prime forces behind the success of Shift Freight, Vikash Kajila is responsible for onboarding Shift partners and identifying vendors who are faring well in the market.
