Started as a one man show, Parking Zone has expanded into a team of 60, working relentlessly across three core verticals that the firm diversifies its solutions into. The first vertical of its services encompasses working with techparks, malls, apartment buildings, clubs, and associations, streamlining entry and exit management by utilizing Fastag. The second vertical focuses on converting empty

land in prime areas into parking lots, freeing landlords of the fear of encroachment of property, providing them revenue on a sharing basis for the land, as well as creating more safe parking spots in Namma Bengaluru. The third core vertical deals with manufacturing and marketing of machinery related to parking such as boom barriers, stack parking, parking POS machines, automated and guided parking management system.

We do not have any fixed model, instead we fix the problems faced with pick and choose options that are necessary by the end users. We have addressed several issues like unauthorized entry, reduced time taken for parking by employees, avoiding misuse of private property roads, and complete digital collection of payments eradicating the misuse of funds to the parking aggregators. We tailor parking facilities with stack, puzzle, rotary parking especially designed for each client”, shares Arun Kumar Suresh, Founder & Director, Parking Zone.

One standout feature of the firm comes through the parking lots it designs that are equipped with food counters, EV charging stations, CCTV security, clean washrooms and 24-hour parking assistants. The firm also offer valet parking services.
