The kitchen category offers kitchen appliances, sinks, backsplash tiles and counter tops while the bathroom category offers complete bath fittings and sanitary ware with allied products like water heaters, drains, wellness products, mirrors and vanities.
Helping Buyers Make an Informed Choice
The world is interacting globally with technology being the primary interface that connects cultures, ideas, and much more. The industry has moved towards modular and utility based products and this presents a great opportunity for young tech companies like Decure.in. There is a great demand for products like Intelligent WCs, rain showers, wellness units, and kitchen appliances like warmer drawers cooking ranges, and steam ovens. Experiences that were earlier restricted to international trips and 5-star
hotels are now available for the customers to purchase for their homes and this has surged the demand for new age versatile products that are available in different options to suit their choices and interiors.
Even in tier II and tier III cities, an acceleration in demand has been witnessed. Decure.in has indentified a massive information gap between the buyers and the sellers in the industry and technology was the last focus of the vendors as they would push only a few options they could profit from. "We understand that our products are high value purchases and many of our customers are first time buyers thus we also assist customers in making their purchases with support over chat WhatsApp, and over call. We also have curated product bundles to help our customers make quicker buying decisions", says Parth.

Strengthening the Logistics to Deliver Faster
At Decure.in, the emphasis is to give a 360-degree view of the product and its uses. Each time Decure onboards a brand it ensures listing all its products on the website and posts content about how to use the product through blogs, videos, product reviews, and unboxing videos Along with this it also provides technical support through various communication channels to assist the customer with the final buying decision. Decure was launched by the end of 2019 and the GMV for FY21-22 is Rs.45 Million with more than 3500 completed orders overall and with more than 52 brands on the platform. The company is delivering its product PAN India to 19000 pin codes and is investing in solidifying its logistics for better and faster delivery. It aims to be the one-stop solution for buying all home improvement/ renovation related products. Gradually adding more products to the product line it plans to launch a dedicated platform to assist interior designers and architects procure products for their projects.
