For Heart’n Spice, which is a nutrition and health company in Bay Area, US, Startup Cafe provided comprehensive inbound marketing solutions, which included social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing & webinars, leveraging Google Adwords, Facebook ads, and Google Analytics for reporting. As a solopreneur, Sandeep started Startup Cafe as a boutique agency in Bengaluru that now employs a small team of seven full time consultants, out of which two are from Philippines and one from US. The flexible working hours allows employees to work remotely from any part of the world. Sandeep believes in a lean startup model approach and hence is currently running slow on expanding his team, and expects a growth of 120 percent in this fiscal year. Sandeep also runs a successful inbound marketing blog, 99signals, which generates over 30K unique visitors per month.
