Manoj Singh, a retail store owner based in Chandigarh followed the concept of Counter Intelligence to run his store ‘Fresh Roots’. He practiced to place a particular product in different areas of the store and arrange store layout based on the information available of the most frequently sold products. This eventually led to manpower and resource wastage and added to this the information of the Most Selling Products was also fluctuating on a regular basis. This was more of a gamble; however he continued with this practice.

Years passed and Manoj met Arush Kakkar, Founder & CEO, CORSECO (an end-to-end Artificial Intelligence driven solution provider), who introduced him to the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Overwhelmed by the advantage the particular technology possessed, he adopted it within no time. AI helped Manoj to track the potential spot for max traction on real time basis and soon the efficiency of his business increased tremendously.
