Rakesh Mishra, FounderPune based Findestination is a visionary company committed to serving all the finance requirements of its customers at one point destination with a personal touch. The company was established in the year 2014 by Rakesh Mishra, a first generation entrepreneur. Rakesh pursued his Bachelor's degree from Indore and completed his PGDM Finance from IMDR Pune. Post this, he worked with few financial companies and then set out to create his own business of assisting the customer to raise loans SME Loans, Mortgage loans, unsecured business loans as well as equipment finance. His knowledge and understanding of financial matters like understanding a Balance Sheet, Cash Flows and most importantly being perceptive of the clients business encouraged him to venture into this business and assist clients in maintaining long term relationship with client.

Findestination helps raise finance from Banks & NBFC’s for various clients. It is associated with more than 30 banks/NBFCs and provides best structured deals. It also provides consulting services to various SMEs and corporate clients for Fund raising, Project Financing, debt restructuring, M&A."We build a bridge between Banks/NBFCs and the entrepreneurs. Unlike other online service providers, our work is not restricted till referring leads to banks. Instead, we offer a
complete package to the customer right from analyzing their proposal to disbursement of loans. We consult SMEs/Self employed customers in debt structuring and financial planning; provide post disbursement services to clients which help us in engaging with them for long term relationships. We provide end to end services to the customers and the banks," says Rakesh.

The company primarily targets the SMEs and self employed customers. The team has taken initiatives of reviewing their clients' performance on a regular basis and providing detailed reports to them on areas of improvement. "It is an added service that helps us to engage relationship with clients which is not limited to just disbursements of loans. With wide range of products, we have disbursed loans from 5 lacs to 50 crores to a single client till now. We have completed various projects of arranging working capital limits, Import/Export Finance to SMEs, Construction Finance to real estate projects," he informs. Findestination has not only achieved highest level of customer satisfaction but banker's satisfaction as well in terms of quality sourcing of clients. "We invest a lot in training for building an efficient team. Also, importance is given to screening and analyzing client proposal before working out the proposal in any bank which helps in high hit ratio of loan sanctions,"he adds.

The Growth
With a strong ecosystem growing in the country by way of financially stronger nationalized banks, more private Banks and NBFCs, Findestination has obtained requirement of loans for starting new projects and ventures which not only has added to its business but also helped it develop new customer relations. Such an ecosystem has provided ample support to the company to grow and develop its business in the market.

In last five years, it has been associated with all the major banks and NBFCs of country and has closed the loan disbursements of more than 250 crores in the last financial year. It has started office in Indore also couple of months back and targets to reach other cities as well in coming years. "With ever changing market scenario because of technology and digitalization, we want to invest in technology and digital marketing. Data science and analytics will also play very important role ahead. We have already invested in CRM applications to engage with customers in an efficient way," he concludes.
