Explaining the roadmap ahead, Roma says “We want to establish ourselves as a global provider by helping our client's needs in different jurisdictions. At present, we are in talks to enter into a preferred partnership with a Silicon Valley law firm that specializes in cross border transactions. And we are closely working with startups across the globe. Also, expanding PAN India, we have started our operations in Bangalore headed by Smriti Tipirneni, who is a Principal Associate.”
