Cognilements is a growing future-tech company that believes in designing immersive customer experiences and customer journey optimization tools. As the growth of Cognilements was quite phenomenal in the last couple of years, the company has been helping various organizations to boost their sales and catapulted into the market quite swiftly. The organization started with a mere team of two and today it has almost hit a whopping 60 members! Cognilements was established in 2018 and went on to become a partnership company in 2019.

The organization transformed into a Private Limited company in 2020. Cognilements was recognized by the Savitribai Phule Pune University as the number one start-up at a Start-Up competition organized by the esteemed university. This feat led them to have an office of their own at the Research Park Foundation, SPPU.

Today Cognilements is the only "Phigital" platform(meaning a combination of Physical & Digital) where big wheels of the real estate sector are benefitting from them. The best part of the company is more than 90% of the workforce is young & dynamic, contributing relentlessly to the organization's growth.

The company took up business consulting as one of its first endeavours and had the first project with Prasanna Purple. Cognilements designed a solution for their drivers to implement best practices in driving which ended up saving large amounts of fuel and reduced its consumption. Also, the company
developed SOPs, a Learning and Development model. This resulted in increased fuel efficiency of bigger vehicles which allowed Prasanna Purple to excel with less fuel. This included customer experience as a part of it.

From there, Cognilements moved to the marketplace and conceptualized the world's first VR exhibition for the Pune Real Estate market in 2019 which was powered by ICICI Bank, who endorsed the concept of the expo and supported it. There on, with that experiment, Cognilements understood the pain points in the market and started working backwards, on the reverse engineering philosophy.

"Being an Indian start-up, we travelled worldwide and demonstrated the solutions in Europe, Gulf, America, Australia, Singapore and many more countries and got healthy responses from their end. To grow in different nations, it's necessary to have a creative plat-form, owing to which Cognilements is coming up with three launch-es/solutions in the market which are part of our platform called as "Relata.io", which is Software as a Service (SAAS) platform wherein individuals, architects as well as various firms can make use of it accordingly. Initially, Cognilements is planning to focus majorly on managed services where the company can deliver end-to-end solutions", adds Samudragupta Talukdar, CEO, Cognilements.

The clientele of Cognilements includes ICICI, Embassy Group, BrahmaCorp from Pune, Puravankara, Concorde Group, Godrej, and many more.

Cognilements Research & In-novation Centre is another company founded in association with the University of Pune in which the University itself is a stakeholder. Cognilements as a B2B company showcased their entire offerings and solutions in Amazon Smbhav's Entrepreneurship Challenge with multiple thousands of participants and made it to the top 15. This challenge was the first-of-its-kind hosted by Amazon globally.
