Tired with their monotonous work cultures, Sony Jain and Arpit Jain were finding it difficult to survive in their boring jobs. Having been spent years working in the marketing segment; they both perceived marketing as an exhilarating space and wished to explore further. Following their fervour, they eventually zeroed in upon creating a communication agency with expertise in designing and marketing brands. This led to the foundation of The AdCode. The sole idea was to convert brands into experience and communicate the brand's story in this hyper-cluttered environment. "Since we both come from a design background, we thought it will be a good start. Currently, it aspires to double its size in the next two years and set its foot in the international market by starting operations in the USA. At present, it is successfully running its operations in Canada. "Our vision within the next five years is to substitute our client's marketing department with The AdCode. The goal is to become one of the largest marketing companies servicing all marketing aspects of the business world and acting as a pillar to anyone starting a business or has an on-going business," he says on a concluding note.
