The company specializes in making engaging games that are inspired by real-life and time-tested games like Chidya Uddand trivia quiz, which are then re-engineered for digital devices. The users can compete against each other in an online, multiplayer environment and get rewarded for learning and improving in the games. Zupee currently has a team of 150 people on board, which consists of senior talent across product, design, data, finance, risk, legal, marketing, communications and policy working for Zupee.
Intoday's hyper-competitive business landscape, human capital is a critical asset to have in an organization. The motivation behind creating an online Q&A gaming platform is that Zupee was looking to create solutions to entertain users meaningfully and reward them for their
knowledge and improvement. The gaming industry saw a major boom in 2020 due to the lock-down, with the increase in digital usage and access to affordable smartphones supplementing the growth, with 85% of the gamers using mobile phones for gaming which benefited Zupee.

According to him, although Zupee is currently going through a period of growth and additions to the workforce, it is still early days for upskilling. However, to ensure continued learning, there is a cross-vertical integration program where all individuals work with different teams where they can learn new things and bring their perspectives to various projects. Concerning the future roadmap, Zupee is focused on making the workplace as safe and inclusive as possible by regularly conducting training workshops and programs to better understand the needs of the employees. Finally, the idea is to spread happiness, inside the organization and outside it.

Dilsher comes from Bikaner, Rajasthan, is a voracious reader, with a great love for nature and the out-doors. He has deep interest in human behaviour and psychology which he first discovered at IIT Kanpur and as they say the rest is history. He is a self-made young man and is truly making India shine through global recognition in the consumer technology category working towards a truly self-reliant and AatamNirbhar Bharat through rediscovering and re-engineering lost and forgotten games of India and making them popular globally.
