But I am overwhelmed that today’s wearables market is sailing on a different boat with new, innovative startup brands that are topping the list in the market. Yes! You read it right!

Well, those days are gone where we used to chase the foreign brands in the name of watches, gadgets, and so on. Today, wearable startups have changed the game by introducing amazing wearables to manage our health & fitness as well as to enhance the fashion & beauty. Hey millennials, we all have gone through the days where we had good smart phones either gifted by our parents or siblings or family members, but the struggle was all about ear phones, bluetooth, and headphones. Am I right? I am sure no one would refuse this specific common pain point of our lives. Ask me why? Since wearables from other popular brands like Philips, Sony, JBL and more were out of reach. Isn’t it?

Today, startup brands like boat, fire-bolt, noise, neuphony, dual safe, almost every startup products are easily available in the market with good discounts. Why do you think local brands are performing better than other popular foreign brands?

“While global companies focused on just smartphones, Indian players quickly ramped up the smartwatch business to make them more affordable”, says Vivek Gambhir, CEO, Imagine Marketing (BoAT).As a result, India's wearable segment grew 56.4 percent year-on-year in November this year, shipping nearly 37.2 million units, according to a report by IDC India.

So, with this ray of hope Indian wearables & hearables market will continue to dominate other usual popular brands. With the game plan of affordable pricing and multiple varieties the Indian market will grow steadily and speedily with flying colours.
