SuperOps, a Chennai-based AI-driven IT management platform, has secured $25 million in Series C funding, led by March Capital, with participation from existing investors Addition and Z47. This brings the company’s total funding to $54.4 million.

The fresh capital will be used to advance AI research, expand offerings for mid-market and enterprise-managed service providers (MSPs), and strengthen its global presence.

According to Co-Founder and CEO Arvind Parthiban, the company is focusing on three key areas. The primary goal is to target mid-market clients and high-value customers while expanding into markets like the UK and Australia.

The second priority is AI development, with a dedicated team in New Zealand working on AI models. SuperOps recently launched an AI companion, Monica, and is enhancing its capabilities to revolutionize MSP operations.

Founded in 2020 by Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, the company has tripled its customer base in the past year and expanded to 104 countries, solidifying its role as a leading AI SaaS provider in IT management.

Over the past four years, SuperOps has become a trusted partner for MSPs, streamlining operations through its AI-powered platform. Now, the company is entering the broader IT sector with its Endpoint Management tool, designed to improve IT team productivity.

Currently, 20% of its customer base consists of internal IT teams, driven by the shift to remote work. The new solution builds on its existing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) product to cater to these teams’ needs.

With IT spending projected to reach $5.74 trillion by 2025, SuperOps is well-positioned for growth.
