AI Startup Zoca Closes $6 Million Led by Accel to Disrupt Automation of Local Services

• Zoca raises $6 million in seed funding led by Accel, with participation from GTMfund, Elevation Capital, and Better Capital.
• AI-powered growth engine automates marketing for local service providers like salons, wellness centers, and pet care businesses.
• Funds to boost AI capabilities and expand platform integrations, helping service professionals stay fully booked effortlessly.
Bengaluru AI startup Zoca raised $6 million in a funding round headed by Accel, with GTMfund, Elevation Capital, and Better Capital participating in the round. Zoca will apply the new funds to further develop the agent-based AI architecture, integrate more, and delve deeper into verticals such as wellness, salons, and pet care.
Founded in 2024 by IIT Kharagpur graduates Ashish Verma and Robin Chauhan, Zoca is an end-to-end AI growth platform for independent service professionals entrepreneurs whose day-to-day capacity often determines their revenues.
Zoca's solution consists of a collection of AI agents that automate the whole marketing process for hyperlocal service firms. From demand discovery at the local level and establishing online visibility (e.g., Google), all the way down to follow-up for leads, repeat booking enablement, social content creation, and paid ad campaigns Zoca's plug-and-play agents take care of it all.
Agents are based on large language models like Llama and ChatGPT, so the solution is simple to deploy for business owners with limited technical knowledge.
"The model here is time-based, not volume," said Ashish Verma, Co-founder and CEO. "Every unscheduled slot is lost revenue. Zoca keeps these professionals booked up solid without lifting a finger."
