The AI-first travel agency 30 Sundays has secured $770,000 in its pre-seed round, which was led by Infoedge Ventures and included angel investors First Cheque, Eximius, Misfits, and others.

The money raised will be utilized to open more locations, such as long-distance travel and the European market. Additionally, it will improve its data and AI skills to scale more quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

30Sundays, which was founded in 2022 by Kshitij Chaudhary and Anuj, automates processes like gathering client data and revising itineraries using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). Additionally, it gathers consumer insights by using AI to analyze conversations and reviews at scale.

30 Sundays claims to increase efficiency by up to five times by incorporating generative AI into their marketing, operations, and sales. The company can now serve more clients without sacrificing service quality thanks to this technology, which is a common problem for conventional travel companies that mostly depend on big teams.

India's outbound tourism market is predicted to increase at an annual rate of more than 11%, reaching $18.8 billion in 2024 and soaring to $55.4 billion by 2034, according to a report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

Anuj, Co-Founder of 30 Sundays says, “A lot of mundane, repetitive tasks such as information gathering from customers, updating itineraries, and auditing supplier quotes are taken care of by AI. This leaves our team to do what they love most—provide the best service to our customers”.
