AI-enabled Platform 'Enterpret' earns $20.8 million in Series A
In its Series A round, which is led by Canaan Partners, Enterpret, an AI-enabled consumer feedback intelligence platform for product development and CX teams, has raised $20.8 million. Canaan Partners partner Rayfe Gaspar-Asaoka has joined the board as part of the funding.
Angel investors such as Lauryn Motamedi (Head of Product Growth at Notion), Elena Verna (VP of Growth and Data at Dropbox), Nan Yu (Head of Product at Linear), Andrew Berman (Director of AI at Zapier), and Kleiner Perkins, Wing Ventures, Recall Capital, and Peak XV Partners (a Sequoia Capital India) have also taken part.
The money raised will be utilized for further expansion and the deployment of no-code AI agents to assist clients in bridging gaps between the marketing, sales, and product teams as well as gathering detailed feedback.
In order to help teams swiftly spot trends and raise customer satisfaction, Enterpret, which was founded by brothers Varun and Arnav Sharma, creates adaptive artificial intelligence models to aggregate and evaluate vast amounts of unstructured feedback from all channels. These models then extract important themes, sentiments, underlying problems, and topics.
The business says its ARR has increased since May 2024. The Browser Company, Hootsuite, Nextdoor, Strava, Linear, Vimeo, Monday.com, Canva, Notion, and Loom (Atlassian) are among its clients.
Recently, in a fresh funding round, Glow secured $30 million, led by Framework and Union Square Ventures.
In a press release, Glow said the proceeds will be used to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy and decentralize the global energy grid in India and around the globe.
In 2023, Glow launched a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) that links solar farms and creates an efficient and sustainable energy ecosystem.
