Bengaluru based startup BiteSpeed has crossed a major milestone, hitting $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). The AI first CRM platform, built specifically for e-commerce brands, reported a 250% year on year growth and now has its sights set on $10 million ARR by the end of 2025.
Founded in 2019 by Vinayak Aggarwal, BiteSpeed helps online brands manage marketing and support across channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, SMS, Voice, and Web Chat all from one AI powered dashboard. The platform uses conversational AI to recover abandoned carts, send personalised updates, re-engage inactive users, and deliver real time support, helping brands drive conversions and reduce complexity.
BiteSpeed has gained strong momentum with over 5,000 e-commerce brands using its platform across more than 50 countries. Clients include top Indian D2C names like Dot & Key, Mokobara, Minimalist, Bombay Shaving Company, mCaffeine, and Zouk. The platform has also seen growing adoption in international markets such as the UK, Middle East, South Africa, and Australia.

Backed by Peak XV’s Surge, Whiteboard Capital, and Kunal Shah, the startup is preparing to roll out new AI driven features like AI voice agents and AI native email marketing to further increase revenue impact for brands.
To fuel this next phase of growth, BiteSpeed aims to scale its team to over 100 employees by the end of the year.
