Celcius Logistics, a third-party logistics (3PL) firm offering cold chain solutions, has raised Rs 250 crore ($30 million approximately) in its Series B round of funding, led jointly by Eurazeo and Omnivore, and joined by existing investor IvyCap Ventures.

With this recent round, Celcius has raised a total of approximately Rs 390 crore so far, including a Rs 40 crore pre-Series B round in May 2024, and prior seed and Series A investments by investors like Mumbai Angels, VCats, and Endiya Partners.

The capital will be invested to scale operations to more than 1,000 Indian cities and develop technology platforms that oversee temperature-sensitive pharma and food logistics. Celcius recently entered the pharma logistics segment and plans to further consolidate the segment.

Established in 2020, Celcius provides end-to-end cold chain logistics solutions through its own technology stack, consisting of a Transport Management System (TMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Inventory Management System (IMS). Its platform enables hassle-free coordination between manufacturers, transporters, and warehouses.

Based in Navi Mumbai, the company now has a presence in more than 600 cities with a fleet of over 4,000 vehicles, 150 cold storage centers, and 250 hyperlocal riders. Its client base includes Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Domino's, Keventers, and Baskin Robbins. Celcius has shown steady revenue growth of 2.5 times year-on-year since 2021, though it has not yet submitted its annual financial report for FY24 and FY25.

In the cold chain logistics market, Celcius competes with players such as Snowman Logistics, Coldrush Logistics, Stellar Value Chain, Tessol, and TCI Cold Chain Solutions.
