CodeKarma, a software productivity startup, has raised $2.5 million in a pre-Seed round of funding, which was headed by Prosus, with co-investment from Accel and Xeed Ventures. SenseAI Ventures and Stargazer Ventures also participated.

The new capital will be utilized to accelerate CodeKarma's vision for creating autonomous, self-optimiting software systems. The firm aims to advance its proprietary AI-driven platform, grow into new enterprise domains, and intensify its global footprint, particularly in the US. Strategic recruitment is also among the top priorities as the team grows.

CodeKarma provides a next-generation software productivity platform designed for developers and engineering teams, infusing real-time production insights into the development cycle. In contrast to legacy observability tools, CodeKarma infuses rich, actionable intelligence to improve code understanding, eradicate technical debt, and enable continuous improvement for human- and AI-authored code.
