ContraVault AI, a rapidly growing platform that uses artificial intelligence to revolutionize tender and RFP management, has raised Rs 5.1 crore in a seed funding round led by Titan Capital. The round also included participation from well-known investors, such as Rajiv Ahuja, Haresh Chawla, Jaswinder Ahuja, Dilipkumar Khandelwal, Abhishek Goyal, and others.

ContraVault AI, launched in 2023 by Sayan Sen, Tanmay Juneja, and Isha Juneja, is addressing a long-term headache for corporate procurement processing intricate tender documents, assessing compliance, and steering clause negotiations, all of which have heretofore depended on labor-intensive, error-susceptible human processes.

"Everywhere you look, there is a huge, untapped potential at the intersection of tender management and AI, and we are cracking it for them, and we are really excited to work with Titan Capital in order to do it for India and the world," co-founder and CEO Sayan Sen of Contra Vault AI said.

The platform, designed for businesses, legal departments, and government contractors, employs proprietary algorithms to provide high-precision insights at different stages of the tender life cycle. Its AI-driven engine, which is trained over a database of over one lakh tender documents, offers automated risk assessment, clause-level negotiation, and document summarization tools frequencies that enable stakeholders to save time and make better-informed bidding choices.

The capital will be utilized to further the virtualization initiatives of Contra Vault AI in domains like EPC, energy, power, and information technology where tendering involves high complexity and to establish scaled-up sales operations in India's yet-to-be-digitized procurement arena. The firm also has long-term plans to go global.

"This fundraise is a key milestone for us as we enter a green field opportunity," said COO and co-founder Isha Juneja, pointing to the platform's traction with large firms and law firms. CTO and co-founder Tanmay Juneja added, "This opens the door to ambitious new growth for us."

A representative from Titan Capital called the company as redefining one of the most painful enterprise workflows. “In a space buried in PDFs, clauses, and compliance risk, they’ve built an AI engine that doesn’t just read documents—it understands them. We’re backing ContraVault AI not just for what it’s building, but for the kind of company it’s becoming: fast, intelligent, and trusted by the most demanding enterprise buyers,” the investor said.
