Eudia Launches AI Excellence Hub in Bengaluru After Securing $105 Million Funding

Eudia, a corporate legal operations-focused augmented intelligence platform, is growing its Bengaluru engineering center as part of its expansion strategy after a Series A funding round of up to $105 million led by General Catalyst, with participation from Floodgate and Sierra Ventures.
"This investment represents a crucial step in our mission to revolutionise the legal industry. We're committed to driving efficiency in legal workflows, reducing risk and unlocking billions of dollars of latent business value through automation," said Omar Haroun, Co-founder and CEO at Eudia.
The Bengaluru hub will serve as an innovation center for AI, driving Eudia's vision of a sophisticated augmented intelligence platform specifically designed for corporate legal departments around the world. By creating this specialized engineering center, Eudia aims to leverage the in-house talent in engineering and machine learning in the region to enhance its AI-based legal solutions.
The firm underscored that its presence in India would be crucial to its international approach, ensuring its AI solutions advance in collaboration with legal experts. Eudia is now busy hiring critical personnel to strengthen its Excellence Hub in Bengaluru and is looking to hire Senior AI Engineers and Software Engineers.
Pankaj Bhatia, Eudia's new Head of Engineering, will lead this effort, with more than 20 years of experience from Amazon, Microsoft, and Flipkart. With him at the helm, Eudia is poised to innovate in AI and legal tech, supporting in-house legal teams to make faster and better-informed decisions.
The India Innovation Hub will work closely with international engineering teams based in Palo Alto to push the boundaries of AI in legal tech.
