Enterprise automation startup EvoluteIQ has bagged $53 million in minority growth funding from Baird Capital, marking a major step forward in its mission to transform business automation with next generation AI solutions.
The fresh capital will help the company expand internationally, strengthen its R&D operations in Bengaluru, and continue developing cutting edge agentic AI systems, AI that can take proactive actions without human input.
“Our Bengaluru centre is at the heart of our innovation”, said Sameet Gupte, co-founder and CEO of EvoluteIQ. “This investment helps us scale faster and build smarter automation tools that think and act on their own”.
Founded in 2019 by Sameet Gupte, Sanjay Koppikar, Deepak Kinger, Arun Hiremath, and Naveen Prabhu, EvoluteIQ helps large enterprises, especially in banking, healthcare, telecom, and manufacturing automate complex processes. The platform enables clients to create systems that are autonomous, resilient, and ready for the future.
Baird Capital sees big potential in agentic AI, a space that’s moving beyond traditional automation by giving systems the ability to make decisions and take action. “EvoluteIQ stands out by blending automation with intelligence”, said Daina Spedding, Director at Baird Capital. She and Mark Donnelly will now join EvoluteIQ’s board to support its next phase of growth.
