FlexiBees, freelancing website 'wins a jackpot of undisclosed amount' in Pre Series A Funding round
FlexiBees, a talent marketplace offering flexible, part-time, and remote work options, has secured an undisclosed amount in a pre-Series A funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures, a Gurugram-based angel investment firm.
The round also included contributions from Shan M S, COO of Namma Yatri, Reema Mahajan, founder of International Women in Dubai, and several other prominent investors.
FlexiBees is a curated talent platform that links women professionals with part-time, project-based, and remote opportunities. The startup reports serving over 700 businesses worldwide, including major companies like Kimberly-Clark Professional and Tata Realty, as well as high-growth startups such as Qapita and CreditMantri.
Furthermore, it boasts a network of over 60,000 professionals, has successfully placed more than 1,400 women in flexible careers, and has impacted over 20,000 women through returnship preparation and interview coaching.
FlexiBees was founded by IIM Bangalore alumni Shreya Prakash, Rashmi Rammohan, and Deepa Swami. Shreya Prakash, CEO, handles Business Development and Marketing, leveraging a decade of experience at Hindustan Unilever. COO Rashmi Rammohan manages Business Delivery, Technology, and Digital, with a notable background in Media and e-commerce Insights at P&G. Chief Talent Officer Deepa Swami oversees talent acquisition, project operations, and finance, drawing from her experience as a Management Consultant at KPMG and her work in education with Aptech.
