FretBox raises Pre-Seed funding of 10 million INR from JSS STEP, India Accelerator, and Angel investors

JSS STEP, India Accelerator, and a number of angel investors have invested 10 million INR in FretBox, a Noida-based SaaS platform for dormitories. The money will be utilised to scale operations, increase product offerings, and fuel the company's growth.

FretBox is assisting university and college residence halls with the digital transformation of their campuses by upgrading security, communication, support, and fund collection systems. Student proof of presence has become easy, frictionless, and available to the warden thanks to FretBox. On the other hand, it makes it easier for students to lodge grievances, request leaves, and keep up with hostel news around-the-clock.

Customers include universities and colleges in the states of Delhi-NCR, UP, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, and Jharkhand. By Q2 2023–2024, FretBox hopes to target 50+ colleges as it rapidly grows.
