HYLENR Raises $3Million to Scale Disruptive LENR Heat Tech

- HYLENR raises $3M to scale LENR-based clean heat systems.
- Patented hybrid technology targets industries like manufacturing, oil & gas, and desalination.
- Plans underway for $25M global fundraising and product expansion across US, Europe, India, and Japan.
Hyderabad clean energy startup HYLENR, an innovator, raised $3 million in a pre-Series A round, led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited, with contributions from individual investors Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda. The funds will assist the company in its move from pilot-scale testing to large-scale market roll-out.
Established in 2024, HYLENR is leading the way in harnessing Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) to fuel hybrid heat solutions. The company's proprietary technology patented by two patents is meant to revolutionize industrial thermal energy production across industries like manufacturing, oil and gas, district heating, and water desalination.

"HYLENR's LENR technology is fundamentally disruptive," comments Karan Goshar, Valour Capital Partner. Its safe and scalable architecture, as well as a very strong leadership team, make the company one of the leaders in the transition to clean energy globally.
Siddhartha Durairajan, Chairman and Managing Director of HYLENR, highlighted the breakthrough promise: "We believe LENR has the potential to become the safest and most efficient technology for thermal and electrical power generation." He noted also that initial lab tests have indicated "unprecedented energy gain ratios" and that new funding will speed their product roadmap and expansion worldwide.
Ram Ramaseshan, Co-Founder and CEO, said that the company is entering a stage of implementation in the real world. "This round confirms our mission and allows us to accelerate the deployment of LENR-based solutions to industries in the US, Europe, India, and Japan."
Pilot deployments are already happening with government agencies and industrial partners, with the aim to substitute fossil fuel–dependent systems with LENR-driven equivalents. The startup is poised to come out with products as low as 7.2 kW-sized units for residential use and as high as 1 MW systems for commercial use.
In the future, HYLENR is gearing up for a $25 million raise from strategic investors and clean energy–dedicated funds in the US and Europe to further accelerate manufacturing and deployment.
