
iDO Devices Raises $4Million to Accelerate Tech Product Innovation

New Delhi based iDO Devices Private Limited has raised $4 million (around Rs 34 crore) in a funding round led by Blume Ventures and Merak Ventures. This fresh capital will help the company expand its integrated design and product delivery ecosystem and build a state-of-the-art innovation center in India. The move aims to better serve its global clients in consumer electronics and enterprise technology across the US, Europe, and India.
iDO Devices specializes in developing smart products with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi connectivity and plans to add GPS and GSM technologies in upcoming projects. Founder and CEO Shalabh Srivastava shared that the company is working to develop end-to-end capabilities from chipset design to hardware, firmware, and software aiming to become a global leader in technology product design. He also highlighted their plan to design their own system on-chips (SoCs) to support growing product volumes.
Ashita Gupta, Founder and Chief Business Officer, emphasized that support from Blume and Merak Ventures is key to strengthening India’s Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) ecosystem. She added, “Product leadership is the next big frontier for India”. The company currently has a team of over 100 experts across India and China and maintains an extensive global partner network.
Blume Ventures partner Arpit Agarwal pointed out the massive market opportunity, with the global product design and fulfillment sector expected to reach $15 billion by 2025. He expressed confidence that iDO Devices would become a trusted partner for global brands across consumer electronics, automotive, and healthcare sectors.

Merak Ventures partner Manu Rikhye praised iDO’s strong global relationships and deep embedded systems expertise, viewing it as a sign of India’s growing role in full stack product design.
With this funding, iDO Devices plans to accelerate R&D, expand customer acquisition, and drive innovation in chip design, assembly, and AI powered smart products. The company aims to create a seamless ‘single window fulfillment’ experience and push forward sustainable digital solutions.
