EcoSoul Home Raises $20 Million to Scale Manufacturing and Enter B2B Market

Noida based sustainable home essentials startup EcoSoul Home has raised $20 million in a Series B round to support its next phase of growth. The round includes $17 million in equity and $3 million in debt, led by Accel and Bajaj Financial Securities. Other participants include StartupXseed Ventures, JSW Ventures, CK Birla Group, Alteria Capital, and SIDBI.

The funding will be used to scale up production, double the capacity at its manufacturing plants, and expand into new global and domestic markets, according to the company.

EcoSoul currently owns five manufacturing facilities in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Karnataka, and Chhattisgarh, in addition to working with 11 contract manufacturers. With this investment, the company plans to expand its product portfolio, including launching a new brand focused on affordable, mass market sustainable products.

Co-founder and CEO Rahul Singh stated that the capital will also support the company’s entry into the B2B space, in addition to strengthening its Omni channel presence in key international markets like the US, UK, Europe, and the GCC region.

EcoSoul generates about 75% of its revenue from markets outside India and already operates in over 12 countries. With this funding, the company will also explore new territories such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Having now raised over $50 million to date, EcoSoul is positioning itself as a major player in the sustainable home essentials segment with a clear focus on global expansion, innovation, and affordability.
