
WeHouse Raises 25 Crore for Tech Driven Home Building

- WeHouse secures Rs 25 crore in Series A funding.
- Startup to expand into Coimbatore and Ahmedabad this month.
- Plans to scale operations, improve technology, and ensure quality delivery.
WeHouse, a technology led home construction startup, has raised Rs 25 crore in Series A funding. The round was structured as a mix of debt and equity, with Anthill Ventures leading the investment. Other participants include Pinnupreddy Jaya Aditya Reddy, film producer Suresh Babu Daggubati, Mohnish Yerra of Leaders for India (LIO), and Gaurav Marya of Franchise India Holdings.
Founded in 2017 by Sripad Nandiraj and Rohan Reddy, WeHouse has delivered more than 400 projects and built a strong order book worth Rs 150 crore. The company currently operates in four cities and is set to launch in Coimbatore and Ahmedabad this month.
WeHouse offers a one stop platform that covers approvals, design, project execution, interiors, and e-monitoring. Its goal is to make home construction more transparent, efficient, and reliable for Indian families.
Sripad Nandiraj, Co-founder and CEO, said “Home construction in India still faces delays, hidden costs, and lack of trust. Our vision is to provide homeowners with milestone based execution and real time updates. This investment will strengthen our technology, improve quality, and help us expand into new cities”.

COO Rohan Vinayak Reddy added, “The funding will allow us to grow teams, streamline processes, and ensure consistent quality as we enter more markets. Our focus is to give every homeowner a smooth and confident building experience”.
