Krieya Beauty & Wellness has secured about Rs 7 crore (approximately $788,000) in its first-ever funding round. The round was led by venture capital firm Sauce, with Riverwalk Holdings co-leading, and participation from Aneesh Sheth, the founder of Dr. Sheth’s.

The company plans to use the funds to scale research, enhance product development capabilities, and prepare for the launch of its first brand in the third quarter of FY26. The upcoming brand will target the premium haircare category, featuring products formulated specifically for Indian hair and lifestyle needs.

Founded by Siddharth Sharma, Krieya is a beauty and personal care startup dedicated to creating research-led products tailored for Indian consumers. The company has been conducting extensive trials, including testing with over 500 consumers and six months of product validation.

Krieya is currently working on 10 haircare products that are in the pre-launch testing phase. The startup is leveraging 'BioPrint' data, a unique profile of Indian consumer biology and usage behavior, to develop high-performing, science-backed formulations.

Sharma brings valuable experience to the table, having previously worked at Honasa Consumer and helped scale Dr. Sheth’s post-acquisition. With this funding, Krieya aims to build multiple premium, science-driven brands across haircare, skincare, and wellness.
