Legal tech startup Lucio has raised $5 million in funding to expand its AI native workspace built specifically for lawyers. The round was led by DeVC, along with prominent investors Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi. The company will use the funds to grow its product offerings and enhance its personalization features for legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.

Lucio’s platform is already in use by over 200 organizations worldwide, including large law firms, in-house legal teams, and boutique practices. It supports more than 3,000 lawyers across nine countries, helping them draft and review documents, conduct due diligence, perform legal research, and translate content. The tool saves lawyers an average of 30 hours per month, making their workflows significantly more efficient.

Vasu Aggarwal, Co-Founder of Lucio, said, “Our goal is to make Lucio seamlessly fit into legal workflows”. He added, “We don’t want lawyers to change the way they work, we want to enhance it”.
