Cadabams Group, a leading name in mental healthcare, has invested $7.3 million (about Rs 65 crore) in MindTalk, its newly launched digital mental health platform. The investment aims to create a powerful tech-driven ecosystem for accessible and personalized mental wellness.

The funding will be used over the next 12 to 18 months to boost MindTalk’s deep learning capabilities, enhance AI infrastructure, and integrate clinical research. The platform blends Cadabams’ 30+ years of mental healthcare experience with advanced technologies such as large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, and adaptive learning systems.

Unlike generic wellness apps or self-help chatbots, MindTalk’s deep agent model delivers evidence-based, clinician-supervised support that aligns with professional mental health protocols.

Sandesh Cadabam, Executive Director of Cadabams Group, said, “With MindTalk, we’re building a clinically intelligent digital companion that offers structured care to anyone with a smartphone, while maintaining the empathy and precision of real therapy”.
