Nyayanidhi, a Bengaluru-based legal tech startup, has raised $2 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and several angel investors, including Nishchay Ag, co-founder of Jar.

The company plans to use the funds to grow its advocate partner network, strengthen its AI infrastructure, and deepen government and enterprise partnerships while expanding operations across multiple Indian states.

Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi is developing an AI-driven litigation operating system that automates legal documentation, translations, and filings making them up to ten times faster and more accurate. The platform standardizes legal processes, improves reliability, and builds trust in India’s complex dispute resolution ecosystem.

Nyayanidhi’s advocate partners bring legal expertise and procedural knowledge, while the platform ensures quality control and outcome-focused service delivery. The startup is already working on pilots with High Courts and enterprise clients, offering multilingual drafting and legal process automation.

India’s legal system faces a massive backlog of over 50 million pending cases and around 20 million new filings annually, highlighting the urgent need for technological reform.
