Petpooja, a leading cloud based SaaS platform for restaurants, has raised Rs 137 crore in Series C funding round led by Dharana Capital, an India focused growth investment firm. The round also included investments from notable industry leaders like Ashish Gupta (Helion Ventures) and founders of Urban Company.
Founded in 2011 by Parthiv and Apurv Patel, Petpooja now powers over 100,000 restaurants across India, the Middle East, the US, and Africa, covering more than 140 cities. The platform handles over 7 million orders daily, making it a vital tech backbone for food service businesses.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to enhance its product portfolio, accelerate AI driven automation, and improve customer support services. These efforts aim to help restaurants simplify operations, increase efficiency, and scale effectively.
