Proptech Startup Truva Raises $6.3 Million in Series A Round

Proptech startup Truva has raised $6.32 million (about Rs 56.7 crore) in a Series A funding round led by existing investors Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners. The round values the company at over $30 million on a post-money basis, highlighting strong investor confidence in the young real estate platform.
According to regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies, Truva issued 54,628 Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares at a price of Rs 10,383 per share. Stellaris Venture Partners led the round with an investment of Rs 30.5 crore, while Orios Venture Partners contributed Rs 26.22 crore.
The company said it will use the fresh capital to meet working capital needs and expand its business operations. This includes strengthening its technology platform and scaling services across key property markets.
Founded in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta, Truva focuses on improving the home-buying experience through detailed and transparent property listings. The platform offers features such as natural light scores, noise ratings, 3D virtual tours, and high-quality photos and videos. It also supports buyers with financing options, legal paperwork, and property registration.
After the latest funding round, Stellaris Venture Partners holds a 24.53 percent stake in Truva, while Orios Venture Partners owns 9.24 percent. The three co-founders together retain a majority stake of 54.87 percent, with equal ownership among them. Earlier, Truva raised $3 million in seed funding, also led by Stellaris Venture Partners.

As an early-stage startup, Truva is still building scale. For the financial year ended March 2024, the company reported operating revenue of Rs 10.88 lakh and a loss of Rs 10.30 lakh. Financial results for FY25 have not yet been filed.
The funding comes at a time when investor interest in proptech remains selective. According to industry data, proptech startups raised $368 million across 31 deals in 2025, accounting for less than 3 percent of total startup funding during the year.
