Bengaluru-based tax management infrastructure startup Prosperr.io has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Jungle Ventures, with participation from Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other investors. The startup has now raised a total of $5.55 million since its founding in 2022. Its pre-seed round last year brought in $1.55 million, led by Gokul Rajaram, a board member at Pinterest and Coinbase.

Founded by Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, Prosperr.io provides AI-powered software infrastructure for managing tax planning, compliance, and employee reimbursements for both individuals and enterprises. The platform automates deductions, filings, and compliance workflows, helping users and businesses save time and reduce regulatory risks.

For enterprises, Prosperr.io offers tools to automate employee tax benefits, reimbursements, and compliance, streamlining manual processes. On the consumer side, it operates a subscription-based model that delivers personalized tax planning and advisory, adjusting to changes in income and financial goals.

The new funds will accelerate product development, strengthen AI capabilities, and expand B2B sales operations. The company is also exploring growth into adjacent areas such as wealth management. Prosperr.io has recently launched an AI-driven reimbursement product for enterprises, aimed at simplifying corporate tax operations, and reports strong traction and high client retention across both enterprise and consumer segments.

With this funding, Prosperr.io aims to solidify its position as a leading AI-led tax management platform in India, helping businesses and individuals navigate increasingly complex tax and compliance landscapes.
