The investment was led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with additional participation from Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC, and several well-known D2C founders including Shantanu Deshpande, Revant Bhate, Ashish Goel, Sangeet Agarwal, Navin Parwal, Nikhil Bhandarkar, and Arjun Vaidya.
The company plans to use the funds to strengthen its product development pipeline, advance material innovation, and scale its presence across key markets. ReplyAll is building proprietary technical fabrics and adaptive designs aimed at urban consumers who want versatile clothing suitable for work, travel, movement, and everyday life.
Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll calls its category 'all-day clothing', combining material science, fabric engineering, and functional design to suit India’s climate and lifestyle. The brand’s first lineup focuses on men’s apparel built with breathable, sweat-resistant, thermoregulated, and stretch-enabled fabrics that support continuous wear.

India’s apparel market reached $59.3 billion in 2024, with the functional clothing segment alone valued at $8.89 billion and growing at 5-6% annually. ReplyAll aims to tap into this shift by offering purpose-built clothing that emphasizes performance at the fibre level instead of trend-based fast fashion.
By focusing on durable, climate-responsive designs, the brand hopes to reshape how consumers think about daily-wear clothing in India’s fast-evolving fashion landscape.
