Rotoris Raises $3 Million to Reinvent Analog Watches

Indian analog watch startup Rotoris has raised $3 million in a seed funding round backed by a strong lineup of investors, including Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, actor-investor Vivek Anand Oberoi, Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns, and entrepreneur-comedian Tanmay Bhat.
The round also drew participation from more than 30 prominent startup founders, such as Varun Alagh of Mamaearth, Gaurav Khatri of Noise, Siddharth Dungarwal of Snitch, Nitin Jain of OfBusiness, Vishesh Khurana of Shiprocket, Chirag Taneja of GoKwik, Akash Gupta of Zypp, and Arjun Vaidya of Dr. Vaidya’s, among others.
Rotoris plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its manufacturing and assembly setup, improve engineering capabilities, expand supply chain partnerships, and build initial inventory. The startup will also hire across product development, design, and brand teams to support its upcoming launch.
In addition, the company plans to open its first physical experience store in New Delhi, designed to serve as both a retail outlet and a brand showcase for customers to explore its products firsthand.
Founded by Aakash Anand, Prerna Gupta, Anant Narula, and Kunal Kapania, Rotoris positions itself as an engineering-led analog watch brand with a strong focus on mechanical movements and in-house assembly. Anand previously scaled fragrance brand Bella Vita Organic.

Rotoris is set for a commercial launch in January 2026 with five collections of Auriqua, Monarch, Astonia, Arvion, and Manifesta. The watches will feature sapphire crystal glass, automatic and quartz movements, and 316L stainless steel cases. Each model will be limited and individually numbered, targeting watch enthusiasts seeking craftsmanship and exclusivity.
