Netradyne, a leading SaaS provider specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing, has raised $90 million in a Series D funding round led by Point72 Private Investments, with Qualcomm Ventures and Pavilion Capital also participating.

The funding will boost Netradyne’s growth through investments in research and development, expanded go-to-market strategies, and global outreach, the company announced.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Avneesh Agrawal and CTO David Julian, Netradyne delivers AI-powered fleet safety and video telematics solutions. Headquartered in San Diego, California, with additional offices in San Francisco and Bangalore, India, the company serves clients across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and India. It is also planning expansions into Europe and Japan.

Netradyne’s flagship product, Driver.i, uses advanced AI to monitor both positive and risky driving behaviors, facilitating in-cab coaching and fostering trust.
According to the company, this technology enhances road safety, protects drivers from false claims, reduces accidents and insurance costs, boosts productivity, and simplifies compliance.

Currently, Netradyne supports over 3,000 customers and has more than 450,000 active subscribers worldwide, spanning industries such as online retail, food and beverage, oil and gas, transportation, utilities, field services, passenger transit, and construction.

With this latest funding, Netradyne’s total capital raised exceeds $350 million. Previous rounds included $65 million from Silicon Valley Bank in September 2022 and $195 million from SoftBank Vision Fund in July 2021. Reliance Industries, led by Mukesh Ambani, was one of the company’s early investors. The fresh capital injection is expected to further strengthen its position in AI-driven fleet safety solutions.
