Scalekit, a SaaS startup focused on modular authentication solutions, has raised $5.5 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Together Fund and Z47, with contributions from angel investors Adam Frankl, Oliver Jay, and Jagadeesh Kunda. The fresh capital will help Scalekit grow its product offerings and expand its reach in the fast evolving SaaS and AI space.

Founded by Satya Devarakonda and a team of former Freshworks engineers, Scalekit builds flexible infrastructure tools designed to meet the unique needs of SaaS and AI first teams. Their product lineup includes MCP Auth, Agent Actions, and enterprise ready authentication features such as single sign on (SSO) and SCIM. Unlike traditional platforms, Scalekit offers a pick and choose model, letting developers adopt only the tools they need.

The founding team brings deep experience, having developed Freshworks' internal authentication platform, which currently supports over 50,000 businesses and two million users worldwide. Using this expertise, Scalekit aims to make secure, scalable authentication easier and more adaptable for modern SaaS teams.

With new protocols like the Model Context Protocol enabling more dynamic AI driven applications, traditional identity systems often fall short. Scalekit positions itself as a key player in authentication for AI native software, providing solutions that help startups transition from early prototypes to full scale production.

Currently, startups such as Hubbl, Sifthub, Fello, Unstract, Tiphaus, and Aerchain are already using Scalekit’s tools to manage secure agentic workflows and strengthen their platforms.
