Seurat Technologies, a startup specializing in 3D metal printing, has achieved significant success in its Series C funding round by raising an impressive $99 million. The round saw major investments from NVentures, Nvidia's venture capital division, and Capricorn's Technology Impact Fund. Although the exact valuation remains undisclosed by the company, Reuters reports suggest that this funding round has propelled Seurat's estimated value to around $350 million.

Seurat Technologies is causing a stir with its innovative Area Printing technology, which operates using renewable energy and has the potential to transform the manufacturing process completely. This technology not only eliminates the carbon emissions typically associated with part production but also offers a solution to supply chain challenges, positioning it as a game-changing force driven by sustainability.

The company has set ambitious targets, aiming to directly reduce up to 100 million tons of CO₂ emissions by 2030, aligning its mission with global sustainability initiatives. Established in 2015, Seurat Technologies has made significant progress in raising capital, amassing nearly $180 million, according to data from Crunchbase. Remarkably, the Series C funding round gained support from new investors, including Honda Motor and Cubit Capital. Additionally, it retained the backing of existing investors who participated in this latest round, such as True Ventures, SIP Global Partners, Porsche Automobil Holding, Denso Global, General Motors Ventures, Maniv Mobility, and Xerox Venture Capital.
