Snack startup Samosa Singh $2.7M in Series-A round led by She Capital

Team StartupCityShe Capital led Series A financing round funded Samosa Singh – a Bengaluru based food startup with USD 2.7 M. The round witnessed participation from Fireside Ventures, Equanimity Investments, AL Trust, and Japan-based AET Fund.

The startup claims to use the fund received to scale the operations and drive mass production of snacks. It is also looking forward to expanding the footprints into several cities and also launch a cloud-kitchen model.

The company is currently encountering nearly 25,000 orders on a daily basis and want to increase the production capacity further.
At present, Samosa Singh is operating in Bengaluru & Hyderabad and plans to mark the presence in entire south India the coming year. Since its inception, it is associated with top brands such as NOX, PVR Cinemas, and Café Coffee Day, among others.
