A seed round has been secured by Speed Kitchen, a kitchen-as-a-service firm, and was led by Inflection Point Ventures with participation from other HNIs and angel investors. Paurav Rastogi and Shamin Kapoor founded Speed Kitchen in 2021, which offers ready-to-use, hygienic, fully furnished commercial kitchens on a revenue-share basis.

Additionally, Speed Kitchen offers businesses quick geographic expansion into new markets with minimal capital and operating expense requirements. Its goal is to become a provider of infrastructure services for all F&B requirements and to extend the value chain.

In the past 18+ months, Speed Kitchen has expanded to Delhi-NCR, Jaipur, Pune, Bangalore, and Mumbai. With a strong pipeline of brands and culinary partners, the firm says it would concentrate on growing its footprint in more Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities. The Cloud Kitchen sector was worth $800 million in FY-22, growing at a CAGR of 39%. By 2026, the sector is anticipated to generate $1.9 billion.
