Speed Kitchen Secures Seed Funding Led by Inflection Point Ventures

A seed round has been secured by Speed Kitchen, a kitchen-as-a-service firm, and was led by Inflection Point Ventures with participation from other HNIs and angel investors. Paurav Rastogi and Shamin Kapoor founded Speed Kitchen in 2021, which offers ready-to-use, hygienic, fully furnished commercial kitchens on a revenue-share basis.

From choosing the best site for the culinary operation to creating a F&B brand, it is a one-stop shop for all of your cloud kitchen needs. Additionally, Speed Kitchen offers businesses quick geographic expansion into new markets with minimal capital and operating expense requirements. Its goal is to become a provider of infrastructure services for all F&B requirements and to extend the value chain.

In the past 18+ months, Speed Kitchen has expanded to Delhi-NCR, Jaipur, Pune, Bangalore, and Mumbai. With a strong pipeline of brands and culinary partners, the firm says it would concentrate on growing its footprint in more Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities. The Cloud Kitchen sector was worth $800 million in FY-22, growing at a CAGR of 39%. By 2026, the sector is anticipated to generate $1.9 billion.
