
StayVista Raises Rs 40 Crore to Expand Luxury Villa Rentals Across India

- StayVista raises Series B round led by JSW Ventures to drive expansion.

StayVista, the top villa rental platform in India, has raised more than Rs 40 crore in a Series B round led by JSW Ventures. Other existing investors in the round included DSG Consumer Partners and Capri Global Family Office.
The new capital will fund new geographies, enhancing the team, as well as the customer experience and supply-side capabilities. Mumbai-based company says it runs over 1,000 villas in 85+ geographies in India and has hosted over 1 million visitors till date.
StayVista serves the mass premium, premium, and luxury markets with a large range of customized services such as tailored food and beverages, in-event planning, and concierge services.
Through the power of technology, StayVista is designed to simplify the vacation rental system. Its platform provides an easy booking process for guests and empowers property owners with end-to-end solutions for property management, operations, and revenue generation.
Domestic travel in India, which is being spurred by the growing disposable income and flexible work schedules, is driving demand for non-hotel accommodations. The vacation rental market in India stands at $22.3 billion and is estimated to grow with a CAGR of 9% to reach $34.1 billion in 2029. The segment of holiday home rentals is the fastest-growing sub-sector at present, standing at $2.1 billion in size and growing at a 13.5% CAGR.
