• Raises Rs30 Crore in its pre-Series B round to accelerate growth
• Funding led by Equentis Angel Fund with strong support from existing investors

Stylework, a SaaS-based flex workspace aggregator, has raised Rs 30 crore (about $3.39 million) in its pre-Series B round led by Equentis Angel Fund. The company is now valued at Rs 250 crore ($28.5 million) ahead of the round. Other participants included Karekeba Ventures / Cogniphy AIF Fund, LetsVenture Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and several existing investors.

The fresh capital will support Stylework’s push to strengthen its AI-driven workspace marketplace, enhance predictive analytics tools, and roll out new utilisation dashboards for operators, channel partners, and enterprise clients. The company will also expand its presence across India and select international markets while building its senior leadership team across product, business, and enterprise growth.

Operating on an aggregator model, Stylework connects enterprises with coworking and managed office operators through a unified Master Service Agreement (MSA). This structure allows companies to access workspaces across the country without repeating vendor onboarding processes.

Stylework says it has stayed profitable over the past year. The company reports an annualised GMV of Rs 280 crore, more than 70,000 seats sold, and a network spread across 125 cities. It currently works with 650+ coworking and managed office operators offering over 5,000 centers.

Market studies indicate that India’s flexible office sector is worth around $3.5 billion today and could cross $11 billion by FY29. The boom is driven by rising enterprise demand for flexible office solutions and the rapid growth of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which increasingly prefer managed and serviced office setups.
