Synthio Labs Secures $5 Million to Scale Its Clinical-Grade Voice AI
- Raises $5 Million seed round led by Elevation Capital
- Plans to expand engineering, product, and global deployments
- Builds voice AI tools for life sciences, clinicians, and patients
Synthio Labs has raised $5 million in seed funding in a round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from 1984 Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, and several strategic angel investors. The company plans to use the fresh capital to grow its engineering and product teams, scale its enterprise rollouts in the U.S. and Europe, and strengthen partnerships with leading life sciences companies.
Founded by Supreet Deshpande, Sahitya Sridhar, and Rajashekar Vasantha, Synthio Labs develops clinical-grade voice AI designed to simplify communication between life sciences teams, healthcare professionals, and patients.
The company’s AI operating system includes three main products. Jarvis acts as a voice AI copilot for field teams, helping them manage daily workflows and conversations. Ather, a multimodal engine, powers engagement with physicians and patients across multiple communication channels. Simulation Studio creates digital twins of patients and clinicians, enabling teams to test strategies, run research models, and generate deeper insights.
Synthio’s tools help companies automate conversations, collect structured intelligence, improve outreach accuracy, and maintain consistent communication at scale. The startup is already working with several top pharmaceutical companies and fast-growing digital health brands.

In one large-scale project, Synthio’s voice AI completed 5,000 calls to eczema patients within 48 hours, supporting onboarding, screening, and follow-up assistance. The company says this level of scale and precision is becoming increasingly important for life sciences teams managing large patient bases.
With this new funding, Synthio Labs aims to accelerate product development and strengthen its position as a key voice AI partner for global healthcare and life sciences organizations.
