Bengaluru-based voice AI startup SuperBryn has raised $1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital’s CXXO initiative. Several prominent angel investors also joined the round, including EaseMyTrip co-founder Rikant Pitti, Docket AI founder Arjun Pillai, Sanas AI founder Sharath Narayanan, BMH Group CEO Harish Manian, and actor Nivin Pauly.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, grow its engineering team, and scale early enterprise deployments across key industries.

Founded by Nikkitha Shanker and Neethu Mariam Joy, SuperBryn is building an evaluation and observability layer for enterprise voice AI systems. Its platform helps companies monitor, analyze, and improve the real-world performance of voice agents, especially in high-risk sectors like healthcare, insurance, and financial services. The goal is to reduce failure rates in live environments and help enterprises move from pilot projects to production much faster.

SuperBryn says its technology is designed for businesses that rely on accurate, dependable voice AI ensuring that automated agents respond effectively in complex or sensitive scenarios. By improving reliability, the company aims to push enterprise-grade voice AI adoption at scale.

With rising demand for trustworthy voice automation, SuperBryn hopes its platform will become a critical tool for enterprises deploying AI-powered voice systems worldwide.
